# NextChapter product overview

NextChapter is an educational personal-finance planner focused on Spain. It models long-term indexed investing, FIRE, accounts, monthly cash flow, goals, housing, mortgages, taxes, retirement withdrawals, Monte Carlo uncertainty and scenario comparisons.

## Privacy

The hosted application has no financial-data backend. Browser data stays in local browser storage. Headless usage works with an explicit local `.nextchapter.json` workspace. Exporting data to an AI or allowing an agent to read a resource is a user-controlled action.
